These Terms govern purchases from https://www.chris-hawkins.co.uk/ as well as online enquiries, emails, phone calls,  social media messages and any form of communication to place an order.

All my pieces are hand thrown one off pieces unless specifically described as otherwise.  Each piece will be clearly

 

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for account security.

 

4. Orders

Orders are binding once confirmation is sent.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

 

5. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£). VAT included where applicable.

Delivery charges shown at checkout.

 

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Risk passes upon delivery.

 

7. Right to Cancel

Customers have 14 days to cancel and 14 days to return goods.

Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

 

8. Faulty Goods

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
